You may notice that your recent order has a current 'status.' Each status represents a different stage and will be change as our order progresses.
Below you will find the definitions of each status so you know exactly where your order sits.

Awaiting Payment - This status is applicable to those orders that we have not yet recorded a payment for and where one is required prior to shipment. Paying for your goodies as soon as possible means your order won't be held up waiting for this part of the order process. Typically, you will also see this status if you have elected to pay via direct deposit. Please be aware, that you may have already transferred the payment to us, however (thanks to our very good friends in Australia's banking system) direct deposits can take anywhere from 1 to 2 business days for the money to appear in our account, so if you need your order quickly it is better to use instant payment methods like credit card or PayPal.

Awaiting Fulfilment - This status means your order is currently in the warehouse getting picked from the shelves and packed into boxes by our staff. You order will be shipped shortly!

Shipped - This means that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, and is now in the hands of the delivery company. You will receive an email  to advise you of its consignment number so you can track your orders progress during delivery.

Awaiting pick up - If you have elected to collect your order from the warehouse then this status means that your order is now picked and packed, and is ready for collection.
