This will see your order put into our highest priority pick and pack queue and guarantee same-day dispatch when placed prior to 1 pm EST (Working days, of course!).
The deadline allows a sufficient time gap between when your express order is placed with us and when the carrier comes to collect all the parcels. That is, we need sufficient time to process, pick, pack and label your order before it is collected from us.
