If you don't see and "Add to Cart" against the product you are interested in, then it is likely out of stock.
We try to buy stock in so that we have roughly a month's worth of each product to sell and we do this on the basis of the prior 6 months sales average - Not an exact science, but largely it works well. If we do run out, we will very quickly issue a purchase order to the appropriate importer or manufacturer.

Once a purchase order has been entered into our system, the website will update automatically with the appropriate information as to when we expect that supplier to deliver.

If you look at the details view of a product (ie. Click on the products name when you browse or search for it) you will see a comment (the ETA for the product) in the availability area if the purchase order has been entered and we have an ETA from the supplier. If you don't see a date there it means that either the purchase order hasn't been raised or (more likely)  the supplier has not yet given us an ETA.

Please remember that you are always welcome to use our product restock reminder facility and we will email you when a product is back in stock.
